We would like to inform you that the Client shall be responsible for keeping his/her respective credentials (like username and Password) confidential and secure and shall be solely responsible for all policies purchased by any person whosoever through Policy Master Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. portal using the Client’s Username and/or Password whether or not such person was authorized to do so.

God Forbid, in case a fraudulent activity occurred, the Client shall immediately inform Policy Master Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. of any unauthorized use/ access of the Client’s Username or Password with full details of such unauthorized use including the date of such unauthorized use, the manner in which it was unauthorized used, the purchase of the policy effected pursuant to such unauthorized use, he notices discrepancies that might be attributable to unauthorized access, he forgets his password or he discovers a security flaw in etc. via writing us a mail on:   communication@policymaster.com or connecting through us via our support line : 011-41221222 respectively.
